Job Description

• CVS Health Store Manager in Training role in Grosse Pointe, MI, supporting development toward a Store Manager position through a structured 16-week program.
• Perform customer care, merchandising, inventory, asset-management, sales-growth, and store leadership activities in an on-site retail pharmacy environment.
• Communicate verbally and in writing, lead colleagues consistently with CVS values and policies, and participate in virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a four-year college degree is preferred, with retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience.
