Store Manager | Palm Desert

Job Description

• On-site, full-time Store Manager role leading all aspects of lululemon’s Palm Desert retail store and world-class guest experience.
• Hire, terminate, coach, develop, and manage store employees and all other store leadership roles while fostering a respectful, inclusive team culture.
• Direct guest experience, community partnerships, brand-awareness initiatives, local projects, visual merchandising, product strategy, inventory, and product deliveries.
• Manage quarterly and seasonal planning, labor hours, controllable budget, annual sales-plan targets, and whole-store P&L.
• Requires 1 year of people-management experience and 1 year managing business operations/administration; must be legally authorized to work and have reliable transportation to the assigned store.
