Job Description

• Manage store operations and maintain Guest Services for Spencer's in Cincinnati, OH.
• Drive maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory.
• Follow all Company policies and procedures.
• Requires prior retail management experience, minimum age of 21, and ability to stand and walk for more than 8 hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time position paying $18.98–$19.23 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
