Store Manager

Job Description

• Full-time Store Manager leading the entire Kohl’s store team in D'Iberville, MS, with responsibility for customer experience, associate engagement, sales, profitability, and operational execution.
• Supervises 20 or more associates and handles performance management, hiring, pay, termination, training, development, succession planning, and associate relations.
• Manages payroll, scheduling, labor costs, inventory, shipping and receiving, merchandising, replenishment, pricing, ticketing, loss prevention, shortage mitigation, and point-of-sale service standards.
• Requires age 18+, strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills, plus flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred qualifications include retail or managerial experience, supervision of 50+ associates, and a college degree or equivalent education plus 3-4 years of retail or similar-industry experience.
