Store Manager

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Store Manager role for TOD'S luxury retail boutique at Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, CA.
• Lead sales performance, collection sell-through, Client Advisor volume, sales objectives, payroll budgets, controllable expenses, and action plans based on WTD, MTD, and YTD results.
• Recruit, integrate, train, evaluate, motivate, and retain retail staff while building a collaborative, people-first sales culture; requires 4+ years as a retail store manager and/or multi-unit supervisor.
• Oversee store operations, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory, warehouse and repair spaces, administration, registers, policy compliance, and customer complaints.
• Must work weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season; extended sales-floor mobility required, with occasional overnight travel potentially required.
