Job Description

• On-site, full-time Store Manager role at Sheetz in Commercial Point, OH, overseeing convenience-store operations and a Customer First culture.
• Leads, trains, staffs, and evaluates store management and Team Members while ensuring compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs.
• Monitors business processes, analyzes results, and drives profitability against mission-critical goals.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a 2-year business-related degree is preferred, along with successful completion of certification testing as needed.
• Requires 3 years of supervisory experience preferred, including 3 years in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations preferred; salary is $66,657.60-$117,150.44/year plus performance-based bonus.
