Job Description

• Lead an on-site Sheetz convenience/retail store team and create a customer-first culture in Georgetown, OH.
• Manage staffing, training, management meetings, employee feedback, policy compliance, and performance against mission-critical goals.
• Monitor and analyze business processes and results to achieve profitability goals and support store success.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a 2-year business-related degree preferred; certification testing may be required.
• Preferred experience includes 3 years supervising others, particularly in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations; compensation is $66,657.60-$117,150.44/year plus performance bonus.
