Job Description

• Lead an on-site Sheetz convenience-store team and create a Customer First culture in New Albany, OH.
• Manage staffing, training, weekly management meetings, monthly store meetings, feedback, and follow-up.
• Monitor compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs while measuring team performance against mission-critical goals.
• Analyze business processes and results to achieve profitability goals, develop community relationships, and lead special programs or assignments.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of certification testing as needed, and preferably 3 years’ supervisory experience, including in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations; salary is $66,657.60–$117,150.44/year plus performance bonus.
