Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Store Operations role with HIART HAIR LLC in Delaware, focused on customer service, retail operations, sales development, and administrative support.
• Welcome customers, provide product information, process purchase assistance, manage inventory and displays, and follow up on inquiries and orders.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and proactively develop customers among local hairstylists, salon owners, and beauty professionals.
• Requires fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, strong communication and customer service skills, and a responsible, organized, self-motivated approach.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred; beauty/hair industry experience and experience with digital marketing, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or CapCut are pluses.
