Strategic Growth Director

Job Description

• Strategic Growth Director at Advita Ortho, a remote, field-based commercial leadership role in orthopedic medical devices, focused on Shoulder and Foot & Ankle businesses.
• Lead regional GPS technology adoption, ASC business development, competitive surgeon conversions, new account activation, and scalable market-growth strategies.
• Build relationships with surgeons, ASC administrators, health systems, distributors, representatives, and other decision-makers while managing ASC opportunity pipelines through activation and expansion.
• Coordinate GPS demonstrations, evaluations, education, training, initial cases, implementation support, and surgeon advocacy programs; collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.
• Requires a minimum of 10 years of proven orthopedic medical device sales or business development experience, extensive regional travel, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
