Structures Mechanic

Job Description

• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on fuselage, wings, control surfaces, and other aircraft structures.
• Maintain and repair general aviation and corporate aircraft, including King Air, Citation, Hawker, and Learjet platforms.
• Use technical manuals, blueprints, engineering drawings, standard aviation tools, and equipment to complete accurate repairs.
• Ensure work complies with FAA regulations, regulatory standards, company procedures, and internal quality standards while maintaining detailed records.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of Structures Mechanic experience on general aviation or corporate aircraft; technical school training is preferred.
• Fully onsite, first-shift Contract to Hire role based in La Vergne, TN, paying $36.00–$42.00/hr.
