Student Engagement Programming Specialist - Army STEM

Job Description

• Administer Army STEM internships, fellowships, student engagement activities, events, recruitment efforts, and related programming for high school, undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral participants.
• Mentor and advise participants, provide career-development and skill-building resources, monitor progress, and help resolve academic or personal challenges.
• Manage grant-guided operations, annual action planning, budgets, expenditures, and timely financial reporting for a Department of War-funded program.
• Develop student-retention resources, eliminate achievement gaps, coordinate LMS courses and curricula, and support special projects including the annual abstract book, speaker series, and STEM Foundations program.
• Requires a related bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience; significant STEM experience preferred, with customer service and teaching experience also preferred. Remote, hybrid, or onsite arrangement; some travel required; $49,500-$70,000 annually.
