Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern - Carmel/Westfield

Job Description

• Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Summer 2027 Management Trainee Intern for its Carmel/Westfield, Indiana locations; the internship is on-site and begins in May 2027.
• Manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, develop marketing strategies, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects in a team-based environment while developing business, leadership, management, and customer service skills.
• Must be a rising senior enrolled full time in a bachelor's degree program at a four-year college or university, graduating between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Requires a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past two years, no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions in the past five years, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and availability for a 10–12 week commitment working 25–40 hours per week.
