Supervisor - Aircraft Maintenance

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all aircraft maintenance functions on shift in Denver, ensuring safe operations, schedule adherence, and compliance with company, regulatory, and manufacturer procedures.
• Assign aircraft maintenance technicians and related personnel, provide resources and direction, and manage productivity, output, cost control, and accountability.
• Oversee aircraft and operational safety and security, technical-operations regulatory compliance, and station performance goals.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, FAA A&P Certificate, valid driver’s license, and 5 years in the aircraft maintenance industry; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience, plus 2 years leading a maintenance organization with a unionized labor workforce.
• Full-time, on-site aviation role with a base pay range of $134,663.40–$164,588.60, plus possible bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation.
