Supervisor of Imaging and Neurodiagnostic Services

Job Description

• Supervises imaging, laboratory, special procedures, neurodiagnostic, and MRI activities while establishing clinical service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Leads operational planning, human-resources coordination, budgeting, procurement, billing oversight, scheduling optimization, and implementation of new service-delivery products.
• Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including infection control, OSHA, blood-borne pathogen, and ergonomic programs.
• Drives patient-experience and continuous-quality-improvement initiatives; mentors staff through orientation, training, and skill development.
• Requires at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in radiology/NDX strongly preferred, plus project management, strategic planning, market assessment, service-line development, communication, and physician-relations experience; role is full-time in Neenah, WI.
