Supervisor

Job Description

• Warehouse Supervisor role with Capstone Logistics LLC in Jonesville, SC; on-site, full-time, 2nd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 5pm-finish.
• Requires 2-5 years of increasing management responsibility in distribution/transportation fields and at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Oversees warehouse/site operations, safety, productivity, customer service, associate scheduling, hiring, training, supervision, and workforce direction.
• Manages budgets, P&L interpretation, labor and billing audits, bank deposits, daily closeout, cash balancing, data uploads, payroll records, and management reports.
• Requires intermediate PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; must be able to stand for extended periods, operate material handling equipment safely, work in varying warehouse temperatures, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• BS/BA or Associate Degree with equivalent experience is a plus but not required; warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or third-party experience preferred.
