Job Description
• General Motors is hiring a full-time Supplier Quality - Dimensional Global Process Lead in Warren, MI; work mode is not specified.
• Serve as the global subject matter expert for dimensional manufacturing processes, developing and governing global requirements, standards, auditing methods, best practices, process controls, and supplier quality expectations.
• Lead global Regional Leads and provide technical guidance, coaching, training, capability development, and alignment across supplier quality organizations.
• Evaluate supplier capability and manufacturing readiness; review supplier manufacturing, tooling, dimensional validation, and quality; and lead assessments, audits, workshops, and technical reviews.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of automotive experience, dimensional manufacturing knowledge, ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally; preferred qualifications include 10 years of relevant experience, GD&T, MSA, AIAG Core Tools, CQI, QMS, Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant Lean/DFSS/Six Sigma/Red X certifications.
