Job Description
• Full-time Supplier Quality Engineer role with Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit in Cleveland, OH; work mode is not specified.
• Create and coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback and effectiveness reviews, ensuring corrective-action closure and communication of lessons learned.
• Train and support supplier complaint coordinators using the SCMS system, including escalation support.
• Analyze supplier complaint reports, identify improvement opportunities, and support supplier selection, onboarding, trial production, approval, and joint development programs.
