Job Description

• Remote, full-time Supply Chain Coordinator role supporting medical supply chain operations for Mercy Health BSMH in Ohio; listed location is Columbus, OH.
• Manage specialized medical supply inventories, par locations, implants, consignment programs, receiving, stock levels, inventory turns, expiration dates, backorders, stock-outs, and purchase orders.
• Maintain compliance documentation, cost accounting and contract compliance, recall records, shipping accuracy, and key supply chain documentation while supporting patient care.
• Lead or participate in Lean, 5S, continuous improvement, inventory, and special projects; onboard, mentor, and train associates on ERP and Supply Chain processes.
• Requires a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of inventory management or supply chain experience, and Lean, 5S, and Continuous Improvement experience; 2 years of medical Supply Chain operations and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
