Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate material availability across production, planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, suppliers, and buyers to prevent manufacturing disruptions.
• Expedite shortages, resolve shipment issues, develop recovery plans, and communicate material risks and status updates.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shortage reports, critical parts, supplier delivery performance, purchase orders, inventory turns, and other supply chain KPIs.
• Lead material risk reviews, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, and continuous-improvement initiatives involving lean manufacturing, planning accuracy, inventory control, and supplier performance.
• Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience; 3 years is listed as a preferred qualification. Preferred qualifications include ERP experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, manufacturing material-flow experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
