Supply Chain Performance Analyst- Full-Time- Lancaster General Hospital

Job Description

• Support healthcare supply chain operations through advanced data analysis, performance measurement, reporting, and process improvement.
• Transform operational and supply chain data into actionable insights covering inventory availability, sourcing effectiveness, distribution performance, operational efficiency, and clinical department service.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytical tools; monitor KPIs, identify trends and root causes, evaluate supply and inventory risks, and recommend improvements to Supply Chain leadership.
• Partner with Sourcing, Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, Materials Management, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Services, or related studies and 3+ years of supply chain/logistics experience; 2+ years in a clinical/medical field and relevant certifications are preferred.
