Job Description

• Lead multiple strategic supply chain programs, including capacity management and planning, across a global, matrixed organization.
• Analyze complex datasets with Excel, Databricks, Tableau, and related tools to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Present complex findings to executive-level stakeholders, create PowerPoint presentations, facilitate consensus, and influence decision-making.
• Build cross-functional relationships, implement process improvements, document project and process development, and share organizational knowledge.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; 4–7 years of relevant experience; and onsite work in Santa Clara, CA.
