Job Description
• Remote, full-time Support Engineer II role at Frontline Education supporting K-12 school districts and ERP/EdTech solutions.
• Manage advanced technical escalations, data integrations, synchronization issues, customizations, reporting solutions, and external-system connections.
• Use SQL Server, SQL, LDAP, SFTP, XML, Excel, JIRA, programming/configuration updates, and reporting technologies to analyze and resolve client issues.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience manipulating and managing data through SQL Server or comparable experience; Pacific Time Zone availability is preferred and occasional weekend support is required.
• Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, with bonus eligibility.
