Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Support Helper I role at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, MI, supporting patient care services in a healthcare environment.
• Transport, transfer, move, and prepare patients; deliver equipment, specimens, patients, and records throughout the hospital.
• Maintain inventories and perform housekeeping, general maintenance, and clerical duties while following departmental quality and safety procedures.
• Requires a High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience; applicable professional licensure/certification may substitute where permitted.
• Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds, work independently, operate hospital computer systems, and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, staff, supervisors, and visitors.
