Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Description

• Manage sustainability and ESG compliance inquiries, customer questionnaires, supplier scorecards, audits, and third-party assessments across global manufacturing teams.
• Monitor PPWR, Digital Product Passport, Battery Regulation, REACH/RoHS, PFAS, CBAM, and other product and packaging environmental regulations, translating them into business guidance.
• Coordinate Scope 1–3 GHG, energy, water, waste, and recycled-content data collection and maintain compliance statements, declarations, SOPs, trackers, and knowledge bases.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, or product regulatory compliance in manufacturing; hybrid U.S. role with up to ~20% travel and possible PPE use.
• Full-time position with compensation of $106,172.82–$145,987.35; no direct reports, but leads cross-functional workstreams and supports certifications and EHS collaboration.
