Sustainable Food Systems Community Education Intern

Job Description

• Internship with Each Green Corner focused on sustainable urban agriculture, food systems, hands-on learning, curriculum development, and community education.
• Develop and improve Food Explorers Program curriculum, educational resources, recipes, activity guides, workshop materials, blog posts, and other accessible content for students and diverse community audiences.
• Collaborate with Food Systems Educators and program staff through weekly meetings, educator feedback, classroom experience, and optional in-person lesson observation in San Mateo County.
• Requires strong research, writing, editing, communication, graphic design, organizational, accessibility, and independent-work skills; familiarity with Google Workspace required and Canva experience strongly preferred.
• Part-time or full-time, academic year and/or summer term; minimum commitment of 5 hours/week for 3 months; fully remote or hybrid with optional San Mateo County activities; unpaid.
