Job Description

• Crypto.com is hiring a full-time Systematic Trader in Los Angeles, CA; work mode is not specified.
• Operate, monitor, research, backtest, deploy, and improve systematic trading strategies across prediction markets, equities, and crypto, including spot and derivatives.
• Analyze P&L, positions, risk, fills, slippage, adverse selection, transaction costs, latency, execution performance, and trading opportunities.
• Requires 4+ years of systematic, quantitative, electronic, proprietary, or market-making trading experience; demonstrated profitable strategy experience; strong Python and quantitative data-analysis skills; and market microstructure, execution, and risk-management knowledge.
• Requires a Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline or equivalent relevant quantitative experience; experience with large market/trading datasets is required, SQL preferred; exchange APIs, order-book/tick-level data, automated execution, real-time trading systems, and C++ are relevant preferred qualifications.
• Includes collaboration with quantitative developers and researchers, local trading coverage, and rotating weekend coverage.
