Systems Administrator - Chesterfield

Job Description

• Provide on-site, user-facing service desk and systems administration support for PC and Mac users in Chesterfield, VA.
• Travel up to 60% to configure and support desktops, servers, networks, security surveillance, and AV systems at remote Carvana locations.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, network services, endpoint devices, applications, and physical infrastructure security.
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, system, mobile-device, IP-phone, and AV issues; manage helpdesk tickets to Carvana-defined SLA requirements.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid current driver’s license, and 4-6 years of IT experience; background check required and visa sponsorship unavailable.
