Job Description

• Lead full-cycle executive recruitment within Prime Healthcare’s hospital and regional healthcare system.
• Develop sourcing, recruiting, and selection strategies; source and screen candidates, including passive candidates.
• Match candidates to job requirements, coordinate and track interviews, and determine whether candidates advance in the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers, facility HR staff, and senior leadership while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and California employment laws.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, and hybrid work in New Jersey or Pennsylvania; full remote is not offered.
• Full-time day-shift role with an estimated annual compensation of $68,640.00–$100,360.00.
