Talent Management Manager

Job Description

• Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, and HR compliance programs.
• Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, recruiters, and managers on workforce planning, leadership development, employee growth, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage the LMS, compliance training, performance cycles, talent reviews, succession tools, reporting, and development resources.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, recruiting, or HR; SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred.
• Full-time Talent Management Manager role with work mode not specified; located in Boston, MA.
