Job Description
• Lead and supervise Information Systems programmer analysts, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, staff development, assignments, and resource allocation.
• Direct software analysis, architecture, application development, database design, testing, documentation, implementation, production support, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, vendors, IT leadership, Network Services, Operations Support, and Cybersecurity to define requirements and deliver reliable systems.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, four (4) years of progressively responsible systems development experience, and experience with Crystal Reports, SQL Server, and/or ad hoc reporting tools.
• On-site, full-time position in Glen Ellyn, IL; requires a background check and drug screen, with no visa sponsorship and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required.
