Job Description
• Remote, full-time Technical Delivery Manager role with Conduent State Healthcare, LLC, overseeing healthcare technology products from design through deployment and implementation support.
• Requires 10+ years of overall IT experience, 5+ years of managerial experience, and deep knowledge of healthcare processes, especially Medicaid business.
• Leads Scrum Masters/Managers and technical personnel; assigns work, manages performance, mentors staff, and coordinates developers, engineers, architects, QA, operations, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Delivers cloud-native applications and large construction, refresh, and retrofit projects while managing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, documentation, production technologies, and executive status reporting.
• Requires cloud-native architecture, NoSQL, Microservices, enterprise architecture/development, project management, analytical problem-solving, and hands-on development experience; Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. Salary: $114,730–$149,000.
