Job Description
• Lead technical design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing for multidisciplinary architecture projects in Seattle, WA.
• Coordinate engineering systems, project documents, consultants, owners, and other disciplines while communicating project status and design intent.
• Prepare moderate-to-complex site plan sketches, conduct field observations, process Requests for Information, and support plan-check approvals and code compliance.
• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, at least 6 years of related professional experience, and proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• U.S. Architectural Registration, CDT, and LEED accreditation are preferred; compensation is $84,800–$106,000 annually; full-time position.
