Job Description
• Senior Technical Project Manager leading complex healthcare technology projects from initiation through delivery in a 100% remote role restricted to EST or CST time zones.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of experience or a Master’s degree plus 6+ years, including at least 10 years of healthcare domain experience.
• Drives Agile delivery using Azure DevOps, including roadmaps, requirements, backlog prioritization, sprint execution, risk management, release coordination, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversees healthcare payer systems, Member and Provider data, claims and eligibility processing, care management, regulatory and compliance reporting, data governance, interoperability, FHIR, CMS, HEDIS, and healthcare data exchanges.
• Requires reliable high-speed internet with minimum 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload; full-time position with salary undisclosed.
