Job Description
• Technical Representative supporting aircraft engine and system component troubleshooting, product implementation, and advanced customer support in Montgomery, AL.
• Requires 2–4 years of technical support, field service, or related experience with GA aircraft power systems, plus current A&P certifications; A&P and IA preferred.
• Troubleshoots piston- and turbine-powered GA aircraft issues, supports installations and product rollouts, and maintains accurate case documentation.
• Provides technical guidance and training to customers and junior team members while collaborating with engineering, production, and QA.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical background preferred; full-time position with work mode not specified.
