Technical Scrum Master / Delivery Lead

Job Description

• Technical Scrum Master / Delivery Lead responsible for end-to-end software release management, from build and packaging through INT → CERT → PROD promotion, change management, and production deployment.
• Facilitate Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, maintain the Azure DevOps backlog, align squad work with PI objectives, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Enforce release gates, code freezes, regression windows, go/no-go checkpoints, rollback plans, security and quality scans, test coverage, and release traceability.
• Own delivery and release metrics, production-incident RCA, release audit trails, technical-risk escalation, and post-deployment monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Splunk.
• Requires 5+ years of Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Manager experience in software engineering, plus Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, SQL, cloud, ServiceNow, SAFe, automated testing, and enterprise change-management experience.
