Technical SETA SME – Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Job Description

• Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert for NLP, LLMs, machine-language understanding, text analytics, and AI-driven language processing technologies in Bethesda, MD.
• Support the full lifecycle of federal research programs, including development, source selection, execution, closeout, and transition; attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and testing events.
• Apply systems engineering, AI/ML, NLP pipeline, data architecture, AI governance, data quality, bias mitigation, and mission assurance expertise in complex, data-intensive intelligence environments.
• Requires an active and maintained Federal or DoD TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 8+ years of relevant experience; a master’s degree or PhD with 4+ years is preferred.
• Full-time role with up to 10% travel; annual salary is $113,000-$188,000.
