Technology Alignment Engineer (MSP - Onsite)

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Technology Alignment Engineer role in La Verne, CA, with client visits generally within a 30-mile radius; schedule is 8am-5pm PST.
• Benchmark client LAN/WAN infrastructure and configurations against MSP and industry standards, document gaps, and translate findings into client-facing risk, business value, and recommendations.
• Lead BDOS and EDOS client meetings, complete Unique Client Checklists, deliver TAE Service Day Deliverables, and maintain at least a 90% proactive / 10% reactive service mix.
• Requires 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience in an MSP or equivalent environment, including LAN/WAN, servers, endpoints, RMM, security tooling, and personally performed proactive benchmarking work.
• Requires strong documentation and client communication skills, reliable transportation, weekend on-call rotation participation, and the ability to commute to La Verne; Bachelor's degree or equivalent and CompTIA Network+ or Security+ are preferred.
• Compensation is estimated at $80,000-$110,000 annually; key tools include ConnectWise, myITprocess/vCIO Toolbox/Lifecycle Insights, IT Glue, SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
