Job Description
• Lead WME’s technology governance and AI intake function in Beverly Hills, CA; full-time role with work mode not specified.
• Own the single technology and AI demand pipeline, converting requests into scoped, prioritized, business-cased initiatives with measured baselines.
• Run portfolio prioritization, governance, and risk gating in coordination with the Information Manager and Cyber, while partnering with data governance to ensure initiatives are data-ready.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, vendor and tool evaluations, and the AI Solutions Analyst function.
• Requires 8+ years in technology governance, IT demand/portfolio management, or a related discipline, including 2+ years leading or managing; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Compensation is $142,500–$190,000 annually; PMP, ITIL, or an AI-governance credential is a plus.
