Job Description

• Akraya Inc. seeks an AI-native Technology Program Manager for a 6+ month W2 contract in Dallas, TX, working hybrid, with pay of $75 - $80 on W2.
• Lead large-scale technology programs across Finance, People, Legal, Digital Workplace, and other strategic digital initiatives across the full lifecycle, including scope, schedule, financials, vendors, procurement, risks, dependencies, and change management.
• Coordinate technical architecture, distributed systems, APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, cross-team dependencies, delivery milestones, governance, launch readiness, go/no-go decisions, and post-go-live operational handoff.
• Apply GenAI, prompt engineering, AI agents, and agentic workflows using Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Atlassian Rovo, Microsoft Copilot, and other platforms to automate reporting, Jira/backlog setup, meeting summaries, risk analysis, dependency analysis, dashboards, and program insights.
• Requires 8+ years delivering large-scale technology programs, strong Jira/Confluence/Lucid proficiency, executive communication, and stakeholder management; preferred qualifications include a relevant bachelor's/master's degree and PMP, SAFe-SPC, RTE, or cloud certification.
