Telephonic Case Manager

Job Description

• Full-time, flexible work-from-home Telephonic Case Manager position available anywhere in the U.S.
• Coordinate with physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and injured or disabled individuals to create and implement treatment plans.
• Assess recovery, evaluate treatment effectiveness, manage case goals, and support maximum medical recovery and appropriate return to work.
• Requires an active RN license in good standing, CA RN license, RN Compact license, reliable internet, and a URAC-recognized case management certification.
• Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of clinical practice and workers’ compensation-related experience; pay is $74,000–$86,000 annually.
