Tendering & Proposal Specialist

Job Description

• Prepare competitive tender quotations by reviewing customer requirements, analyzing costs, and applying benchmarks.
• Coordinate technical and commercial inputs across sales, engineering, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage tender schedules, submissions, documentation, quality checks, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Analyze bid opportunities, support bid/no-bid decisions, and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates.
• Requires a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation.
• Remote, North Carolina, United States; full-time position requiring Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools proficiency.
