Job Description
• Provide individualized behavioral health services, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals.
• Monitor client progress, adjust interventions, maintain follow-up, and coordinate care with families, schools, healthcare providers, treatment teams, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, accreditation standards, and state regulations.
• Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and state-specific licensure, associate licensure, certification, or supervised-practice eligibility; Tennessee candidates must be eligible for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW licensure.
• Full-time role in Morristown, TN; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance may be required for community-based service delivery, with a pre-employment background investigation.
