Tow Senior Instructor

Job Description

• Senior-level instructor for Auto Club Enterprises / Automobile Club of Southern California, based in Costa Mesa, CA, with 60–80% field work and work-from-home flexibility; full-time role.
• Conduct Emergency Road Services (ERS) training for independent contract station service providers and employees through in-person classroom, instructor-led virtual, and field formats.
• Coach and mentor instructor staff across ACE markets, evaluate employee and training-program performance, and implement learning improvements.
• Coordinate management projects, collaborate with ERS teams, deliver presentations on ERS policies, procedures, and regulations, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent education/work experience, at least 3 years of training/coaching experience in the automotive service industry preferred, a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, strong communication and presentation skills, and regular travel including overnight travel.
• Starting pay: $35.94–$47.87; full-time incentive program eligibility; E-Verify participation and compliance with applicable fair-chance hiring laws.
