Job Description
• Analyze and maintain HTS classifications, customs documentation, broker activity, and tariff classifications for imported products.
• Investigate compliance discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support global import/export compliance while ensuring adherence to U.S. Customs regulations and company policies.
• Develop Power BI and other data-driven reporting and dashboards to identify compliance trends, risks, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant trade compliance experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong cross-functional communication; LCB strongly preferred. Hybrid schedule in the South Charlotte Metro Area: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
