Job Description

• Manage AML training-program deliverables, including developing, updating, uploading, enrolling, and reporting on courses.
• Ensure training materials align with regulatory standards, internal policies, industry best practices, and mandatory completion requirements.
• Maintain accurate AML Office staffing data and produce detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and staffing assessments.
• Support AML audits and regulatory exams by maintaining documentation, gathering evidence, and preparing reporting.
• Collaborate with the Financial Intelligence Unit, Sanctions Compliance & Watchlist Management Unit, AML managers, BMO Academy, learners, and leadership; location is Brookfield, WI (+2 others), with work mode not specified.
• Part-time salaried role paying $65,000–$130,000 annually, pro-rated based on hours; application deadline is November 29, 2026.
