Traveling EMS Controls HVAC/R Technician

Job Description

• Travel extensively across the US to provide on-site assistance retrofitting energy management systems in supermarkets, supporting efficient use of lighting, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
• Program EMS controllers, install conduit, run cable, and wire refrigeration equipment, HVAC systems, RTUs, and lighting.
• Lead and coordinate EMS project crews, promoting productivity, teamwork, workplace safety, and quality execution.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget while communicating changes with Project Managers, account managers, facility managers, superintendents, and engineering staff.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED, trade or technical school classes with certification, and 5+ years of construction or related-industry experience; pre-employment criminal/MVR background screening and drug testing are required.
