Traveling Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Job Description

• Full-time Traveling Superintendent role leading field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects across the Southern and Southeastern United States.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, quality control, daily coordination, stakeholder communication, and project execution from site mobilisation through turnover.
• Requires experience leading ground-up multifamily projects, including podium, wrap, garden-style, or similar developments, plus stable employment history and strong tenure.
• Requires strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills and the ability to travel throughout the Southern and Southeastern United States.
• Compensation is USD 140.000 to 170.000 annually, plus a $2,400 monthly per diem with potential increases and a $500-$600 monthly truck allowance based on experience; no degree is mentioned.
