Job Description
• Lead Global Payments & Liquidity sales strategy and accountable sales execution aligned with a Commercial Banking division in a hybrid role based in Denver, CO.
• Manage and develop a complex, multi-segment Treasury Management Consulting team while fostering a high-performing sales culture.
• Drive client acquisition, relationship growth, market share, full-cycle sales results, product delivery, retention, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI, sales tools, and data analysis to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and develop market-specific strategies; strengthen risk, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Requires 10+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience and 4+ years of management or leadership experience; base salary is $215,000–$355,000, full-time, with no visa sponsorship.
