Treasury Management Officer II

Job Description

• Drive treasury management revenue growth by acquiring new commercial relationships and expanding treasury services within existing client portfolios.
• Serve as a consultative sales partner to Commercial Banking teams, delivering solutions for cash flow management, operational efficiency, fraud mitigation, and payment processes.
• Conduct client needs assessments, design customized treasury solutions, prepare sales presentations and proposals, and manage sales through implementation and onboarding.
• Build pipelines, generate fee income and deposits, increase product sales and penetration, and maintain portfolio retention through strategic calling and account reviews.
• Requires 3-7 years of applicable experience, proven consultative sales and business development success, and a BS/BA in Business or Finance preferred; CTP or another industry designation is preferred but not required.
